monk pepper really helped me with mood swing and period cramps. I haven´t experienced really bad cramps, I know girls that suffer more. But sometimes I really needed to take pain killers and now I don´t. My bleeding tend to be not that strong anymore and I hardly have cramps and if I do, I can handle it without pain killers.
